Spring Chinook
February through Mid June
March 1 through early April and Early May through mid June (most years).
This fishery is the most difficult, but has the best prize!  Market prices for these beauties is
around $50 per pound!

Catch and release Sturgeon (Retention at ODFW discretion)
June through mid August
Sturgeon fishing in the lower Columbia river is unbelievable.
People get off the boat with tired arms having caught the biggest and most fish of their lives.
Its incredibly fun.

Summer and Fall Salmon:
June through October
Summer salmon fishing in the river starts mid June and usually runs through October but they
often change this fishery mid year.

August marks the opening of Buoy 10
fishing in the lower river.  Typically, a million Chinook (King salmon)
pass right in front of Astoria on their annual migration up the
Columbia river.  Anglers best chance all year of catching salmon.
Book early because this fishery is very popular.

Fall Crabbing
September, October, November and December.
We nearly always limit out with 12 Dungeness crab per person.
I will clean and cook your crab at the dock for you.  Nothing can compare to the taste of warm
fresh Dungeness!

Razor Clams
Depending on the tide and the Ocean conditions.
Closed July 15 through September 30 every year and at the discretion of ODFW

Eco tours
Any time of year!
There is so much to see in the area and seeing it from a boat can be an exhilarating experience.
Look upon historic Tongue Point, The Astoria Column, Cape disappointment, and more.
Have lunch on a beach that no one without a boat can access!  Hike up to water falls few can
see.  Swim in parts of the river where the current isn't as much of a worry.
